Koop geen konijntjes voor Pasen 🐰❌
Bunnies are for life, not just for Easter 🐰❌
Did you know that 4 out of 5 rabbits bought over Easter end up abandoned or die in the first year? 😥
Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment, require a minimum space of 3m x 2m at ALL times (not in those tiny cages or hutches) & caring for a pair of rabbits over their lifetime can cost over £10,000!
They aren’t an easy, low maintenance starter pet, so please buy a teddy instead! 🐰 #dontbuybunniesforeaster

Bunnies that aren’t bought from the Wilco’s are always neutered or spayed. They’re always ready. You can adopt them quickly. Why would you buy one?
Sorry, already did, his name Blinn the Bunny
We cant afford vet so if my rabbit gets sick then thats not good
Jag köpte mina precis efter påsk 😂❤❤❤ tror det blir bra med dem här 🎉🎉🎉
This is the most adorable PSA I've ever seen! Thank you (on behalf of myself and my adopted shelter buns)
They are so messy! But a good general vet will be knowledgeable with bunnies. 🥰
Well I bought some bunnies for Easter. I thought that's what they were for. But wait! That's not what they're for? I might as well let them run free in this coyote infested middle of nowhere. Thanks for the heads up. Glad you posted this to set me straight.
I had a bunny and it died on Easter
Fews weeks after Easter they take them back to the store or dump them in the park😠
🥰🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰🥰
I want a big house when I grow up
either 2 dogs or a bunny
Ik that they are hard to take of so Im waiting till I can afford a good place
They don't need exotic vets I have 2
I found a bunny in the middle of the night a few years ago. His owners were abusive and let his sibling die by leaving him outside in the heat. I had him for over a year then rehomed him to someone who had other bunnies and was so knowledgeable and had so much space for him outside and inside. He was a huge responsibility but man he was a good boy! I took him for walks every single day he was let out of his 7’-5’ cage when we were home. Once we moved and didn’t have the space to do that anymore, lus carpets he loved to drive by pee, I spent a while meeting and finding him the perfect home.
Especially the buying part. If you are seriously considering adding a bunny to your family ADOPT don’t shop.
People think that? I mean i'm no vet, but I love bunnies enough to know I could never own one because I don't think i'd be able to keep up with them. They're like fish in my mind. Seemingly simple but there is so much nuance and effort that goes into caring for one that, if neglected, is inevitably adjacent to or full on abuse.
